Our client is a specialist provider of flexible recruitment solutions to a wide variety of clients across the UK and internationally. They have been trading for a number of years and have a stable team all specialising in professional sectors.
They have an opportunity for a Legal Recruitment Consultant to join the team to handle roles spanning the sector. They have active roles and clients to work on straight away.
This is a Recruitment Consultancy and business development-based role which requires; high levels of client & candidate contact, selling to new clients and developing existing business, candidate attraction & networking, response management, interviewing and managing your own sales pipeline, supported by excellent time management ability.
Previous Experience:
• Recruitment experience, preferably in the professional services recruitment marketplace
• Full understanding of the recruitment life cycle
• Selling and delivering on recruitment campaigns
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to negotiate
In return, you will receive a competitive basic to £33,000, commission to 20%, a work from home day once a week and numerous benefits.
