They are looking for a professional senior recruitment consultant who enjoys working in a consultative, professional manner, with strong sales and service-based skills.
The Role
· Developing a profitable desk through continuous business development, ensuring customer requirements are met timely and efficiently.
· Interviewing candidates to correctly determine their requirements.
· Networking and generating new candidates to fulfil client requirements.
· Developing long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients alike.
· Negotiating terms and SLA’s with clients.
The Successful candidate
· Recruitment experience industry.
· A friendly and personable approach and strong time management skills with the ability to listen carefully to client and candidate requirements.
· Have the following personality traits - tenacious, bright, confident, determined, proactive, focused, driven, enthusiastic, motivated and must enjoy the challenge and diversity of a busy role.
· Will be capable of working within an autonomous environment.
