THE CLIENT:
As specialists within the Financial Services markets, they cover Finance, Risk, Wealth Management, Compliance and Sales. They have a friendly, family atmosphere and an exceptionally low turnover of staff, with the average employee serving 5 years or more. THE ROLE:
They have an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant to join the team and run an existing, warm desk. Last year this desk billed £160K, so the emphasis is on service and delivery rather than new business sales and conversions.
The ideal candidate will genuinely enjoy working within the recruitment industry and will be a consultative recruiter.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
2 years + recruitment industry experience within a finance or professional services recruitment environment
Customer-focused with an emphasis on delivery and retention
