This is an excellent opportunity for a senior-level consultant to join a successful recruitment agency and take the first steps into a managerial role.
The company is known for providing a professional, honest and reliable recruitment service within the technical, engineering, construction and industrial sectors. With many years’ trading behind them they have growth plans for the coming year. They believe in an autonomous approach and allow their employees to run the recruitment desks and divisions as if they were their own businesses.
You will concentrate on developing business within the local construction market, will lead from the front and make key decisions whilst providing an excellent role model to the more junior team members.
This will be a hands-on role where you will be expected to sell, attend visits, and create tenders and proposals whilst coaching and mentoring.
You will be mentored and coached so that the role can eventually develop into a full Divisional Manager role where you will have full managerial responsibility.
If you currently run a small team or are a senior consultant considering a step into an autonomous management role then this may be the role for you.
The role will suit an experienced recruitment professional who is looking for a challenge within an autonomous environment.

Previous experience within a focused recruitment environment is essential as is a full UK driving licence.
