Our client, an established and ethical recruitment business, is looking to grow and develop the team within their Wakefield office. They have an existing network of branches across the region and handle temporary and permanent vacancies on behalf of Commercial, Industrial, and Engineering clients (amongst others). This is an exciting time to join as they are experiencing a real period of growth. They are highly focused on customer service and service delivery and look to hire the best recruitment professionals.
They wish to appoint a focused Recruitment Consultant to work within this busy team, supporting the manager, leading by example, and assisting with the day-to-day management of the junior team members. They are looking for someone who possesses a strong work ethic and huge pride in their work. This is a fast-paced post and will include:
• Assisting the manager with the day-to-day running of the Industrial Division.
• Advertising, interviewing and referencing applicants.
• Skills testing.
• Visiting client premises to determine requirements.
• Selling the services of the company both over the telephone and face to face.
• Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and financial targets.
• Client-facing, assisting with problems as they arise.
• Check-ins.
The ability to build relationships, plan, sell and provide solutions to problems is essential. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service to candidates and clients and will be tasked with building long-term relationships at all levels. You need to be able to think on your feet and be constantly looking at ways to improve what you do.

Previous sales experience within a recruitment agency environment is essential as is a full UK driving licence.
