They currently operate across multiple professional markets and are looking to add headcount to several divisions due to demand and growth forecasts for the coming year. The business is thriving and there are some exceptional progression opportunities available.
They are wishing to appoint a Senior Recruitment Consultant to work on a permanent desk within the Commercial and Office Support Division.
Responsibilities are varied and will include:
• Prospecting for new client business by meeting hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
• Providing a consultative and informed service.
• Providing excellent customer services service to all parties.
• Sourcing candidates through existing databases, advertising, the internet, business contacts and direct recruiting.
• Interviewing and assessing applicants to determine skill sets and cultural requirements
• Working as part of an effective and professional team
• Taking ownership of a business area.
