They are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their dynamic team and drive the growth of their business. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent for their clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Working on a busy, fast-paced temporaries’ desk.
  • Conducting regular candidate sourcing and recruiting activities via following leads, social media, networking, and advertising to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing candidates through to placement.
  • Developing and maintaining meaningful, long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients, acting as their main point of contact for all their recruitment needs.
  • Collaborating closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, by taking thorough job descriptions and visiting premises, and providing recommendations for the most efficient recruitment solutions.
  • Developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in an exceptionally competitive market.
  • Managing queries and providing solutions effectively and professionally.
  • Collaborating with the wider recruitment team to achieve business goals and targets.
Requirements:
  • Ambition
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant within an agency environment.
  • Proven history of successfully placing candidates in a variety of companies.
  • A thorough understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, sales, risk assessment and offer management.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Passion for the recruitment industry and a drive to succeed in a challenging environment.
