The Client
This is an established recruitment agency that specialises in the general staffing sector. They place permanent and temporary staff across the Merseyside, Lancashire, and Greater Manchester locations. They have a mixed client base of 20-25 active clients and a large, up-to-date database.
The Role
Due to a change in circumstances, they are looking for an experienced recruiter to take over the day-to-day running of the business.
You will speak with clients, develop business, visit client premises, advertise vacancies, register candidates, and ensure the business runs smoothly.
You will be provided with back-office support so don’t need to worry about processing timesheets or invoicing clients.
You can work on a fully flexible basis, as long as the work gets done, so can dictate your hours.
Requirements
This role will suit an ambitious, driven individual who wants the opportunity to prove what they are capable of doing.
You must have worked as a recruitment consultant for a minimum of 2 years and have a proven track record within this sector.
You must live within 25 miles of Widnes/Runcorn as you will need to get out to meet clients.
A full UK driving licence is necessary for this role.
In return, they offer a starting basic salary of up to £30k, commission and fully flexible working.
