Operating across multiple education sectors they have a loyal, and in some cases, exclusive client base operating across a small, well-connected branch network and managed by a friendly team.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior-level Recruiter to join to head up the branch.
The branch is located in the heart of the city and offers the opportunity for the right person to quickly progress to Regional Manager as they are looking to open another location as soon as Leeds is hitting target.
Much of the business is framework led but they are looking for a sales-focused, ambitious and capable leader who can add to the team, inspire, coach and mentor. You will be tasked with the day-to-day management of the team and will be expected to lead by example, sell the services to local businesses, and grow the branch.
The team is small but has the capacity to grow and incorporate other niches. They will need to be supervised, and trained, and will require a motivated, disciplined, and driven team manager.
This will be a hands-on role where you will be expected to take control of the business, attend visits, and create tenders and proposals whilst coaching and mentoring. The role will suit an experienced and ambitious recruitment professional who is looking for a challenge within an autonomous environment.
Previous experience within a focused, targeted recruitment agency environment is essential.
