They hire consultative sellers who can develop long-term, sustainable relationships with their candidates and clients. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Managing Recruitment Consultant to join the team to take control of the Sales Desk. This is a lapsed division and there is scope to grow the sector and move into a more senior role. The desk covers the Northwest, and you will have no internal competition. They have a large number of lapsed clients so the desk should take shape quickly.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be a motivated and career-focused recruitment consultant who is looking for an open-ended opportunity to progress.

The Role

·       Recruiting within the fast-paced Sales sector.

·       Managing your own desk and growing the division.

·       Using marketing, business, social media, and competitor leads to generate business.

·       Developing existing company contacts and a candidate database.

·       Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.

·       Reviewing applications, managing interviews, and considering candidates and shortlists.

·       Providing honest feedback to candidates and clients.

·       Consultative sales.

·       Identifying and evaluating the recruitment needs of clients.

·       Providing creative solutions to employers’ recruitment issues.

·       Negotiating fees and terms.
