Permanent | Part-Time – ideally 30 hours per week

We’re recruiting for an exciting Talent Acquisition Coordinator opportunity with a growing and forward-thinking business in Cannock. This is a varied role where you’ll play a key part in attracting, identifying and onboarding the right people for the right roles.


The Role
  • Creating and advertising engaging job adverts across job boards, social media and other recruitment channels.
  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure roles are accurately represented.
  • Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases and other platforms.
  • Reviewing applications and CVs to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conducting initial telephone and video screening interviews.
  • Coordinating interviews and keeping candidates and hiring managers informed throughout the process.
  • Preparing interview documentation and supporting managers with the recruitment process.
  • Building strong talent pools for current and future vacancies.
  • Preparing offer letters, contracts and new starter documentation.
  • Coordinating pre-employment checks, including references and right to work checks.
  • Organising new starter onboarding and induction arrangements.
  • Supporting recruitment reporting, including candidate activity, vacancies, recruitment costs and time to hire.
  • Supporting the wider HR team with projects and general HR administration when required.

What We’re Looking For

  • We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and genuinely enjoys working with people.
  • You’ll ideally have experience within recruitment, talent acquisition or HR, with the confidence to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.

You’ll be someone who:
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is highly organised and able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
  • Takes a proactive approach to finding great candidates.
  • Has strong attention to detail and follows processes through to completion.
  • Is confident using job boards, LinkedIn and recruitment systems.
  • Can build positive relationships with candidates, managers and colleagues.
  • Is commercially aware and focused on delivering a great recruitment experience.
  • Enjoys improving processes and finding better ways of doing things.
