Design Engineer
Working as part of a small, busy design team, you'll be responsible for creating both day-to-day and bespoke packaging solutions for customers across a wide range of industries. This is a customer-facing role where you'll work closely with clients to develop practical, innovative packaging designs using AG/CAD software.

Key Responsibilities
- Design standard and bespoke packaging solutions using AG/CAD software.
- Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored designs.
- Produce packaging solutions for a variety of industries.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure designs are practical and suitable for production.
- Manage multiple design projects while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment while working independently when required.
- Previous experience within the packaging industry.
- Proficient in AG/CAD software or similar packaging design CAD systems.
- Able to create both standard and bespoke packaging designs.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to work directly with customers.
- A proactive, organised individual with excellent attention to detail.
- A team player who can also work using their own initiative.
