  • Location: Wakefield, West Yorkshire
  • Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm | 35 hours per week

  • Training: During your initial onboarding, you will be required to attend the client's Lichfield office for training over the first few weeks (approximately two days per week initially). Travel expenses and hotel accommodation will be provided where required.

Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join their growing team. As a newly created role within an expanding business, it also offers excellent training and genuine opportunities for career progression, including the potential to progress into a Team Supervisor position.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate signage projects from quotation through to successful installation, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently.
  • Prepare, manage and follow up customer quotations, maintaining accurate quote records and tracking logs.
  • Process sales orders, raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Monitor deliveries, update internal systems and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Identify, investigate and escalate project issues, while managing returns, remakes and non-conformance records.
  • Work closely with internal teams, customers, suppliers and logistics partners to ensure effective communication throughout each project.
  • Support the wider team by providing administrative assistance, maintaining records and covering colleagues when required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting office processes, attending team meetings and assisting with compliance and administrative activities.

  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring a high level of accuracy in all aspects of your work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • A proactive problem solver who can work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Confident using IT systems and quick to learn new software and processes.
  • Previous experience in project coordination, administration, customer service or a similar role.
