Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning of inbound container shipments.
- Coordinate deliveries with warehouses, customers and shipping partners.
- Monitor vessel schedules and manage any shipment delays.
- Process import documentation, customs paperwork, duty and VAT information.
- Update SAP and maintain accurate shipment records.
- Check and process freight invoices, resolving any discrepancies.
- Communicate delivery updates with internal teams and external partners.
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, imports or planning.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel (SAP experience is advantageous).
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, reliable team player with excellent communication skills.
