Salary: £25,000 per annum + Performance-Related Bonus
Location: Tamworth,Office Based
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (30-minute lunch) | One day per week: 9:00am – 5:30pm (60-minute lunch)

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to business customers regarding outstanding accounts, with the aim of achieving a first-call resolution.
- Handle inbound calls relating to overdue accounts and general account enquiries.
- Process payments securely and accurately over the telephone.
- Build positive relationships with customers while negotiating suitable payment solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident and professional telephone manner.
- A customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in challenging situations.
- Previous experience in collections or customer service (desirable but not essential).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
