- Full‑time | 08:00–17:00 (1‑hour lunch)
- Holiday: 20 days + Bank Holidays (28 total)

You will manage contractors, oversee permits and inductions, and ensure full compliance with CDM Regulations. Once the site is operational, you will continue to lead H&S standards across the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Safety Compliance — Manage contractor safety, work permits, inductions, RAMS and CDM adherence.
- Policy & Audit Oversight — Review H&S policies, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement.
- Risk Assessments — Complete and approve risk assessments, ensuring hazards and controls are properly managed.
- Training & Toolbox Talks — Deliver toolbox talks and H&S training across the workforce.
- Incident Reporting — Maintain accident/near‑miss records, prepare reports, and notify HSE when required.
- Fire Safety — Support fire risk assessments, drills, and evacuation procedures.
- Regulatory Compliance — Ensure compliance with RIDDOR, COSHH, Data Protection, Equality and Safeguarding.
- Environmental Oversight — Support environmental compliance including EPR, PRNs and waste management.
Qualifications & Experience
- NEBOSH Diploma + Chartered IOSH (CMIOSH)
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Experience delivering training
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
- Knowledge of manufacturing H&S (desirable)
- Solid understanding of CDM and construction‑site safety
- CSCS Card (desirable)
