Urgent Requirement
- Salary: Competitive - details provided on application
- Hours: Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5pm
- Location: Fradley (4 days on‑site, 1 day WFH after probation)

Key Responsibilities
- User Lifecycle Management — onboarding, access permissions, device provisioning, and offboarding
- Asset Management — tracking, deploying, auditing, and maintaining IT equipment
- Vendor Management — coordinating contracts, licences, renewals, and supplier relationships
- Provide first/second‑line support across hardware, software, mobile devices, LAN/WAN, telephony, and applications
- Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement across IT services
Skills & Experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and peripherals
- Experience supporting Windows and Apple (macOS/iOS/iPadOS) environments
- Knowledge of Apple Business Manager and Microsoft Intune
- Experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD) and endpoint management
- Understanding of networking fundamentals: Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Familiarity with Cisco IP Telephony and Webex Calling
- Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
