- Lead and inspire a team of 18 salespeople to smash daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Drive activity: ensure the team is focused, productive, and consistently delivering results
- Coach and develop: run 1:1s, performance reviews, and ongoing training
- Recruit and onboard new talent to strengthen the team
- Own the numbers: track performance, report to the MD/Board, and manage budgets
- Shape strategy: build and execute sales and marketing plans that fuel growth
- Analyse markets and competitor activity to stay ahead
- Improve processes and champion continuous improvement
- Hold people accountable while maintaining a positive, high‑performance culture
