Location: Rugeley | Office Based

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (fully office-based)

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Support: Deliver expert advice, guidance, and solutions for repairs and replacement parts, making every customer interaction a positive experience.
  • Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints with care, turning challenges into opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • System Management: Use Zendesk for efficient data entry and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Logistics Coordination: Organise courier shipments and manage consignments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues promptly.
  • Communication: Engage with customers across multiple channels including email, phone, and social media, representing the company’s values and standards.

What You Bring to the Role
  • 12+ months’ experience in Customer Service or Product Support
  • Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication 
  • Great prioritisation 
  • Proactive problem‑solving 
  • Calm under pressure
