This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, transport coordination, customer despatch, and invoicing activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop warehouse, stores, goods-in, packing, and despatch teams.
- Drive stock accuracy, inventory control, and warehouse efficiency.
- Manage goods receipt, material movements, and inventory transactions through ERP/MRP systems.
- Oversee production picking and kitting activities to support operational requirements.
- Coordinate domestic and international logistics and transport activities.
- Ensure customer orders are packed, documented, and delivered on time.
- Manage relationships with freight providers, couriers, and logistics partners.
- Support invoicing processes through accurate despatch documentation.
- Maintain compliance with quality, traceability, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and logistics operations.
- Produce performance metrics and contribute to operational leadership meetings.
We are looking for a proactive and organised logistics professional with:
- Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, stores, or supply chain management within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations.
- Experience managing goods-in, despatch, transport coordination, and material traceability.
- Good understanding of ERP/MRP systems and inventory control processes.
- Knowledge of FIFO, batch control, shelf-life management, and material handling best practices.
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on approach with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
