Your role

• Driving new business - identifying opportunities, making outbound calls, and building relationships 
• Winning vacancies - pitching recruitment services, taking detailed job briefs, and securing roles
• Building candidate pipelines - proactively sourcing talent 
• Matching talent to roles - qualifying candidates, understanding motivations, and presenting them to clients
• Driving revenue - supporting the team to hit targets, fill roles quickly, and deliver exceptional service
• Managing the recruitment cycle - from first contact to placement
