Hours: Full time, Permanent | Monday to Friday | 8.30am - 5pm | 1/2 lunch break

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Recruitment Officer with interview coordination and onboarding processes
- Prepare new starter documentation and onboarding paperwork
- Manage pre-employment communications and onboarding administration
- Administer right to work, DBS, credit, and financial sanctions checks
- Collate and process proof of address and reference documentation
- Liaise with internal departments, including Fleet Administration, regarding new starters
- Ensure all required documentation is completed prior to employee start dates
- Provide confidential HR administrative support and assist with ad hoc duties as required
- Previous administration experience, ideally within HR or recruitment, with strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships
- Professional, discreet, and proactive team player with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
