Key Responsibilities
Health & Safety
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies
- Use equipment safely and report any hazards immediately
- Keep the warehouse and yard clean, tidy, and organised
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times
- Follow safe manual handling practices
- Receive, check, and store deliveries accurately
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
- Build pallets safely, ensuring product quality is maintained
- Assist with stock checks and report any issues
- Load and unload vehicles as required
- Report any damaged or missing stock
- Work closely with colleagues across warehouse and operations
- Help ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
- Be flexible and support the team with day-to-day tasks
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- VNA, Bendi, Counterbalance would be nice to have
- Good basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to handle goods safely using warehouse equipment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work under pressure
- Good attention to detail
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience
