National Accounts Administrator (Temporary 3–6 Months)
We are looking for a National Accounts Administrator to join our clients team at the Fradley office on a temporary 3–6 month basis. The successful candidate will support the coordination and planning of our regional technician teams while providing administrative and customer service support to our National Service client base.

We are looking for a National Accounts Administrator to join our clients team at the Fradley office on a temporary 3–6 month basis. The successful candidate will support the coordination and planning of our regional technician teams while providing administrative and customer service support to our National Service client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Logging new service calls and updating customer records using SAP
- Supporting the planning and coordination of regional technician teams
- Managing national customer accounts including quotations and invoicing
- Providing excellent customer service and support
- Handling customer updates and requests through customer portals
- Assisting with invoice queries and credit note requests
- Liaising with regional offices to ensure efficient service delivery
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Supporting general office administration duties
- Previous service administration experience
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar administrative or customer service role
- Competent using SAP, Microsoft Office, and customer management systems/portals
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within a team environment
- Customer-focused approach with attention to detail
