National Projects & Business Development Manager
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum


Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends depending on projects.

Location: UK-wide (with travel to client sites in Lichfield and Wakefield)



As a National Projects & Business Development Manager, you will work closely with the Sales Directors and the wider team to develop and manage their projects. You will oversee contracted customers, deliver new business opportunities, and ensure smooth project delivery across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow contracted customers nationally, working closely with the National Projects Team.
  • Survey, quote, deliver, and oversee the installation of projects.
  • Ensure all projects comply with RAMS and relevant legislation.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and report to the Sales Director.
  • Forecast, monitor, and report on sales activity and project progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure correct delivery and online portal updates.
  • Prospect for new business within your territory.
  • Support process improvement initiatives with Compliance, Office, and Management teams.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of RAMS and site Health & Safety legislation.
  • Signage surveying experience is advantageous (training can be provided).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Cin7 knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage priorities.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
