Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (1hr lunch)

Key Responsibilities
- Receiving client payments in person or over the phone and issuing receipts.
- Checking for incoming payments and allocating them to client ledgers.
- Preparing daily banking and taking it to the bank.
- Posting receipts and payments to client ledgers.
- Producing weekly new matter reports for Heads of Department.
- Preparing Priority and BACS payments.
- Processing cheque requests through the Case Management System.
- Preparing client ledger breakdowns for clients.
- Checking completion statements, client invoices, and purchase ledger invoices; preparing payment runs.
- Covering other team members’ duties when needed.
- Assisting with additional tasks as directed by the Finance Manager or Practice Director.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Excel and general IT skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to explain financial matters clearly.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
