What You’ll Do
- Identify opportunities to increase profitability, optimise pricing, and reduce margin leakage
- Manage e-commerce orders efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience for every customer
- Support the E-commerce Key Account Manager with quotes, customer enquiries, and account management
- Analyse sales and order data to uncover growth, cross-sell, and revenue opportunities
- Help improve the full e-commerce journey, from initial enquiry to post-purchase follow-up
- Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory visibility across e-commerce platforms
- Collaborate with marketing, purchasing, and customer service teams to boost e-commerce performance and retention
- Provide day-to-day support for account activity and customer communication
- Experience in e-commerce, inside sales, commercial operations, or account support
- Strong commercial awareness, with a focus on pricing, margins, and profitability
- Confident communicator with a proactive sales approach
- Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting sales and order data
- Excellent attention to detail and operational discipline
- Comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and resilient, able to adapt to change and platform updates
