Key Account Manager
Excellent Salary Package plus Commission/Bonus structure + Car Allowance



Location: Cannock, Office Based when not on the road | National Travel Required 

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 4.30pm


We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive revenue growth by nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. In this role, you will be responsible for customer retention, increasing sales across product categories, and ensuring a world-class client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your territory.
  • Achieve daily activity targets and performance measures
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to identify new opportunities.
  • Proactively engage with clients through face-to-face visits and outbound calls.
  • Manage and schedule client meetings, including preparing reports and product presentations.
  • Monitor stock levels and provide account administration support.
  • Complete tenders and manage pricing reviews for existing clients.
  • Ensure pricing strategies align with business goals, maintaining healthy gross profit margins.
  • Troubleshoot client issues such as slow-moving stock and account queries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth.
  • Report on sales performance and market trends to internal management.

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing role.
  • Thrives on face-to-face client engagement
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and increase customer spend.
  • Excellent time management and ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • A valid UK driving licence (as regular client visits are required).
