Location: Hams Hall, Coleshill
Hours: Ideally 7am - 4pm (some flexibility available) / OR 7.30am - 4.30pm
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled Warehouse Operative to join their busy Machinery Division, which operates within shared office and warehouse facilities. This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced warehouse professional with strong forklift capabilities and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate a range of forklifts, including VNA, BENDI, counterbalance, and reach trucks
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle all goods inwards processes, including receiving, checking, and booking in stock
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
- Assist with stock control and inventory tasks as required
- Support general warehouse operations across a shared workspace
Requirements
- Valid forklift licences for VNA and BENDI (essential)
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Confident handling goods in, picking, packing, and stock processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as within a team
