Our client is exploring a secondary position with a shift option for this role. The proposed schedule would involve working 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM in the office, followed by 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM from home. This arrangement offers a mix of in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, delivering exceptional service at all times
- Build and nurture relationships with existing customers, promoting the full range of products to maximise sales opportunities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and market awareness
- Prepare tailored sales quotations and follow up proactively to secure business
- Maintain accurate customer records and manage sales administration efficiently
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to drive overall business success
About You
- Previous experience in a sales role—ideally as a Sales Account Manager
- A strong understanding of sales processes, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with superb interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at all levels
- Results-focused, proactive, and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets
- IT literate, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
