This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of operations and supporting a senior leadership team within a collaborative SME setting.

We are recruiting an organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office environment. Key Responsibilities
- General administrative support for the Senior Management Team
- Making travel arrangements and managing itineraries
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate colleagues
- Managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring stock levels are maintained
- Monitoring and arranging servicing, MOTs and insurance for senior staff vehicles
- Maintaining records for building maintenance and organising servicing when required
- Updating and maintaining company policies and procedures
- Preparing meeting rooms for internal and external meetings
- Meeting and greeting visitors, providing refreshments and arranging lunches when required
- Managing incoming post and distributing accordingly
- Supporting general administration, including dispatch of goods, recruitment support and marketing material distribution
- Organising staff social events and internal activities
About You
- Minimum of 2 years’ office-based administrative experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
