Location: Sutton Coldfield | Office Based
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm (flexible) | 27.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional and helpful service
- Manage reception duties and handle incoming calls and enquiries
- Provide administrative support to the Project Management team for upcoming installations
- Liaise closely with field-based engineers to support operational requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage supplier relationships
- Place and track purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery
- Monitor and manage stock levels for office and engineering supplies
- Process supplier returns and track progress
- Research and source alternative suppliers when required
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator and team player
- Process-driven and highly organised
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or purchasing role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience working with suppliers or procurement processes
