Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Bid Administrator to support the successful delivery of high-quality proposals and tender submissions. This role plays a key part in shaping compelling bids, coordinating input from subject matter experts, and ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Produce engaging, accurate, and persuasive bid content, including responses for PQQs, RFPs, and ITTs.
- Submission Management: Coordinate the submission process, ensuring all documents are uploaded and submitted correctly and on time.
- Bid Strategy Support: Contribute to the development of winning bid strategies, helping to identify key win themes and differentiators.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct detailed research into markets, competitors, and client needs to ensure tailored and well-informed bid responses.
- Document & Process Management: Oversee the full bid lifecycle, including planning, compliance checks, version control, and final submission.
- Collaboration: Work closely with bid managers, technical teams, and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and quality.
Skills & Experience Required
- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, with a background in bid writing or a similar role preferred.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret and respond to complex requirements.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and disciplines.
