We are seeking a motivated Customer Service & Logistics Executive to join a well-established business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to play a key role in managing customer relationships and logistics operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming customer queries and calls.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, providing clear communication on progress.
- Process and manage sales orders while keeping customers informed.
- Coordinate delivery of goods with freight partners and warehouses to ensure timely and accurate shipment.
- Maintain daily reports including open orders, order fulfilment, returns, and NCRs.
- Manage returns and quarantine stock processing, collaborating with Warehouses and Procurement.
- Process equipment serial numbers and coordinate machinery repairs between engineers and customers.
- Attend Senior Management Team meetings as required to provide customer service insights.
- Take ownership of a portfolio of internally managed customers.
- Support the wider team with procurement, sales, and administrative tasks as needed.
Skills and Experience:
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a small, vibrant team.
- Previous experience in customer service or freight/logistics management is desirable.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to manage multiple systems.
