Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Liaise with customers to provide technical support
- Conduct remote diagnostics and implement repair solutions
- Develop support procedures and maintain accurate records
- Assist engineers with on-site and remote system commissioning
- Maintain system records, process data, and prepare reports
- Collaborate with customers and third-party engineers
- Set up and test laptops, tablets, and other customer devices
- Install software, perform acceptance tests, and maintain setup procedures
- Support day-to-day IT operations, including servers and staff devices
- Install updates, troubleshoot issues, and perform backups
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in IT support or a similar technical role
- Strong ICT skills and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Highly organised, with attention to detail and excellent time management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and ‘can-do’ attitude
- Good commercial awareness
