Salary: £26,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £38,000–£40,000)


Location: Birmingham City Centre – Hybrid working after training period (4 days office / 1 day WFH)

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday | 8.30am - 5pm | 40 hours per week



We are partnering with a fast-growing, forward-thinking business in Birmingham, looking to hire a New Business Executive to join their expanding sales team. This is an exciting role for ambitious individuals who enjoy speaking with businesses, building relationships and turning enquiries into successful deals. What You’ll Do
  • Proactively contact businesses to explore their needs
  • Be the first point of contact for new enquiries
  • Introduce the service and gain commitment to view suitable options
  • Work with providers to arrange appointments and negotiate commercial terms
  • Provide advice and insight pre- and post-appointment
  • Close deals and help secure consistent monthly revenue
  • Work towards daily and monthly KPIs around appointments, conversions and activity
  • Complete mandatory training linked to compliance and industry best practice

Experience
  • Experience in a sales-focused or B2B role is desirable
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Minimum Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths
