Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8.30am to 5.00pm

You’ll oversee a team of engineers and service staff, helping to deliver high-quality service across a wide customer base. Key Responsibilities
- Deputise for the Service Manager when required
- Lead and support a team of regional service staff and technicians
- Manage operational activities including estimating, invoicing, and planning
- Provide technical support to internal staff and engineers
- Support customer relationships, service delivery, and new business opportunities
- Mentor and develop staff, including performance management and reviews
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings a blend of technical know-how and people skills, including:
- Leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organisational and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of health & safety and compliance standards
- Previous experience in a team leader, supervisor, or assistant manager role (essential)
- Relevant certifications such as GAI (preferred but not essential)
