Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8.30am to 5.00pm
The Service Estimator is responsible for the preparation and issuing of quotations based on service engineers’ reports. The position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong administrative and coordination skills. The role also involves processing quotation acceptances, ordering parts, liaising with suppliers, and supporting the service team with general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed quotations using SAP from engineers’ service reports.
- Communicate with external suppliers and competitors to confirm product specifications and pricing.
- Issue quotations to clients and follow up to progress acceptance and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of quotations within the national quotation database.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of pricing in line with national standards.
- Process accepted quotations in SAP, including internal and external part ordering.
- Receive and process incoming deliveries as required.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments and stakeholders.
- Support the Service Coordinators and perform general administrative duties within a busy service department.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with SAP is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- Previous experience in a team leadership role is advantageous.
