We’re working on behalf of a well-established and growing business to recruit an experienced Part Time Sales Administrator.You’ll be a key support to the sales function, ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments and customers across both UK and international markets.

We’re working on behalf of a well-established and growing business to recruit an experienced Part Time Sales Administrator.You’ll be a key support to the sales function, ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments and customers across both UK and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process customer orders, quotes, and sample requests
- Manage and update customer records and CRM systems
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls relating to orders and general enquiries
- Liaise with customers to provide product information and resolve any queries
- Build and maintain positive relationships with both new and existing customers
- Support overseas and domestic sales operations
- Prepare and manage domestic and international post
- Provide administrative cover during team absences and contribute to the wider office support where required
- Report directly to the Sales Administration Manager
- Full product and system training provided
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven background in sales administration or a similar administrative role (ideally minimum 2 years)
- Confident communicator with a polite and professional telephone manner
- Proactive, organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software
- Quick to learn new product ranges and systems
- Strong reliability in terms of attendance and punctuality
- A team player with a flexible and positive approach
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths
