The Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and win new clients through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and targeted outreach
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline within freight forwarding (air, sea, and road)
- Develop lasting client relationships to drive repeat business and revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs and revenue targets
- Represent the company with professionalism and confidence in all client interactions
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a confident self-starter with a proven track record in B2B sales—freight forwarding.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience, with a track record of exceeding targets
- Solid knowledge of the freight forwarding industry (air, sea, and road) – essential
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
- Skilled at managing pipelines and spotting opportunities
- Full UK driving licence
