This is a pivotal role within the Operations team, offering cross-departmental influence and real scope for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all certification records and ensure ongoing compliance with accreditation bodies.
- Support the preparation and submission of PQQs, tenders, and customer compliance documentation.
- Liaise across departments to ensure the timely resolution of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and successful delivery of improvement plans.
- Organise and lead Continuous Improvement (CI) meetings; support implementation of actions to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Collaborate with the HSQE team to support audits, risk assessments, method statements, and other compliance processes.
- Maintain legal and regulatory registers to ensure alignment with up-to-date construction standards and HSE guidelines.
Person Specification:
- Experience in a fast-paced administrative or compliance-based role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of PQQs, tender processes, and accreditation management.
- Understanding of HSQE processes is advantageous.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
