Job Type: Permanent / Full Time

Location: Lichfield / Office Based

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8.30am to 5.00pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Compliance Officer to join a leading business, based at their modern site in Fradley Park, Lichfield. This is a pivotal role within the Operations team, offering cross-departmental influence and real scope for professional development.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain all certification records and ensure ongoing compliance with accreditation bodies.
  • Support the preparation and submission of PQQs, tenders, and customer compliance documentation.
  • Liaise across departments to ensure the timely resolution of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and successful delivery of improvement plans.
  • Organise and lead Continuous Improvement (CI) meetings; support implementation of actions to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the HSQE team to support audits, risk assessments, method statements, and other compliance processes.
  • Maintain legal and regulatory registers to ensure alignment with up-to-date construction standards and HSE guidelines.


Person Specification:
  • Experience in a fast-paced administrative or compliance-based role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of PQQs, tender processes, and accreditation management.
  • Understanding of HSQE processes is advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
