Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across planned and reactive maintenance services
- Coordinate and manage engineering schedules and job workflows
- Manage jobs, projects, procurement, and client records
- Liaise with engineers and clients to ensure timely and professional service delivery
- Handle job-related documentation including quotes, service reports, completion certificates, and invoices
- Maintain strong communication with the management team to ensure smooth operations
- Support procurement processes and materials tracking
- Ensure all activities are aligned with Health & Safety compliance standards
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative role within construction, facilities management, or maintenance services
- Experience using CRM software
- Strong track record of managing engineering schedules and coordinating field teams
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in job documentation and invoicing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Health & Safety compliance in an operational environment
