Key Responsibilities:
- Managing both sales and purchase order processes efficiently.
- Keeping internal systems, CRM databases, and key spreadsheets up to date.
- Preparing client invoices and ensuring alignment with completed work.
- Coordinating logistics arrangements and supporting payment procedures.
- Communicating with suppliers and customers to resolve any service or product issues.
- Providing support with administrative tasks during monthly and annual reporting periods.
- Assisting with operations for the client’s self-storage division, including customer onboarding and access/payment support.
- Maintaining performance tracking tools and sales reporting spreadsheets.
- Handling documentation such as letters of authority and supporting the quotation process from suppliers.
What We’re Looking For:
- An effective and confident communicator, comfortable engaging with others by phone, email, and face-to-face.
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to navigate CRM or ERP systems confidently.
- Exceptionally organised, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy.
- Adaptable and capable of managing a diverse range of tasks while prioritising effectively.
- Dependable, professional, and consistently punctual.
- Proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
