Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for existing clients, handling enquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care
- Maintain and grow relationships by identifying sales opportunities and promoting the full range of services
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach
- Prepare detailed sales quotes and ensure consistent follow-up
- Keep all customer records and sales data accurate and up to date
- Provide support to the wider sales function and contribute to team goals
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a sales-focused role, such as Account Management or Sales Administration
- A strong understanding of the sales process, with a customer-first approach
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated by targets and driven to exceed expectations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general CRM/sales tools
