Duties & Responsibilities
- Diary Management: Efficiently manage schedules and appointments.
- Client Communication: Prepare client letters, agreements, and marketing terms.
- Documentation: Draft memorandums, agreements, and invoices with meticulous attention to detail.
- Utilities Management: Handle the process of changing utilities as required.
- Communication Handling: Answer calls, record accurate details/notes, and pass on necessary information.
- Safety Compliance: Arrange safety certificates and inspections.
- Reports and Maintenance: Prepare reports, handle maintenance requests, and seek permissions for required work.
- Task Management: Self-manage tasks and time effectively, especially when working alone during Director's appointments.
Skills and experience
- Good skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities.
- Excellent grammar, confident and friendly telephone manner.
- Self-driven with a positive attitude, especially when working independently.
- Punctual timekeeping and ability to manage tasks efficiently.
- Adaptability to changing requirements and tasks.
- Prior experience in customer service and administration.
- Proficient in using computers and related applications.
