Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing product advice and solutions
- Assist in evaluating customer needs and offering the most suitable recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to support new product rollouts and updates
- Contribute to ongoing improvements within the department
- Maintain clear and accurate records of all technical communications
What We’re Looking For:
- Confident communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Organised, methodical and able to problem-solve effectively
