Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance brand awareness by engaging with potential customers and logging specification opportunities in the CRM system.
- Establish initial contact with specifiers to confirm project opportunities, timelines, and track new specifications with architects.
- Collect and organise tendering party details for specified projects, ensuring smooth referrals to Area Sales Managers for quote preparation.
- Collaborate with Specification Managers, Area Sales Managers, and the Technical Team to pursue and secure specification opportunities effectively.
- Monitor, report, and maintain CRM updates on specification activities while achieving defined targets and KPIs.
- Build strong professional relationships with customers and develop a deep understanding of the product range and competitor offerings.

- A strong understanding of the construction industry and market dynamics.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A flexible and resilient approach, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet targets.
- Previous experience in internal sales or telesales is highly advantageous.
- A passion for building relationships and supporting business growth.
