Location: Burntwood, Office Based
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00am – 5:00pm, Friday 9:00am – 3:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing:
Sales Order Operations:
- Lead and support a small Sales Administration team (team of 3), ensuring smooth and timely processing of orders
- Liaise closely with the Sales team to manage customer queries and order updates
- Maintain accurate order records, tracking data and team performance
- Conduct regular team reviews, providing guidance and setting clear objectives
Procurement & Stock Management:
- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing of stock and supplies
- Raise purchase orders, manage stock levels, and input new product codes into internal systems (such as Sage)
- Set up new supplier accounts and maintain strong working relationships with current vendors
- Monitor shipping costs and coordinate efficient delivery options
- Track outstanding deliveries and ensure timelines are met
- Contribute to the improvement of processes and ensure company policies are followed
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience using Sage or similar finance/stock management systems
- Previous background in Office Management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of purchasing processes and a good understanding of logistics/stock control
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable handling a broad range of duties
- A well-rounded role with real influence across key business functions
- Friendly and collaborative working environment
- Early finish on Fridays
