Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support across operational departments (excluding HR, Finance, H&S, and reporting).
- Handle customer and supplier enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Process sales and purchase orders, ensuring accurate data entry and system updates.
- Support logistics by coordinating deliveries, raising invoices, arranging transport, and processing payments.
- Organise project files and assist with documentation for modular and bespoke jobs.
- Resolve transport, product, and stock issues by working with internal departments.
- Manage stock orders, record goods received, and handle small product dispatches and card payments.
- Support month-end/year-end admin tasks and maintain accurate reports and records.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with internal systems/databases.
- Confident telephone manner with the ability to communicate clearly with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage data entry and document control accurately.
- Proactive and process-driven approach with the confidence to suggest and implement improvements.
- Proven ability to manage competing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
