Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm | Friday: 8:00am – 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input customer orders, both UK-based and international
- Build and prepare internal job files linked to order requirements
- Raise purchase orders to local suppliers in line with internal instructions
- Digitally scan and organise documents in line with company systems
- Generate internal job cards where necessary for production
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to support order processing
- Maintain general office and digital filing areas in an orderly state
- Support with other duties related to the evolving nature of this position
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in an administrative or order processing role
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Confident communication skills and a willingness to ask questions when unsure
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Basic IT skills – comfortable using standard systems and tools
- An interest in manufacturing is helpful, but not essential – full training is provided
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop in the role
